John began his racing journey in 2019, competing in an MGB within the Equipe GTS series. Since then, he has fully embraced historic racing, enjoying both the competitive nature of the series and the camaraderie within the paddock.

Spa-Francorchamps stands out as John’s favourite circuit — a legendary track that combines high-speed sections with technical challenges, making it a true test for any driver.

Growing up, John’s racing hero was the charismatic James Hunt. In more recent years, however, his biggest inspiration has been much closer to home — his son, Sam Tordoff.

When it comes to a well-earned paddock treat, John keeps it classic with a milk chocolate digestive biscuit.
