Snetterton 300 Preview – Round Four of the 2026 Equipe Historic Championship
The Equipe Historic Championship heads east to the wide-open plains of Norfolk for Round Four of its inaugural season at the Snetterton 300 Circuit on Saturday, 6th June 2026.
After three action-packed opening rounds, the championship now visits one of the UK’s most versatile and challenging circuits. The Snetterton 300 layout, with its blend of long straights, sweeping corners, and tight technical sections, offers an ideal stage for drivers to test both speed and precision. From the flat-out blast along Bentley Straight to the complex turns of Brundle, Nelson, and Murray’s, Snetterton promises pure racing drama from start to finish.
A strong grid of Pre-1966 GT, GTS, and Touring Cars will line up once more, each with its own distinctive character and heritage. Drivers will take part in 30 minutes of qualifying before the flag drops on a 60-minute race, open to one or two drivers per car. With overtaking opportunities aplenty and the chance to stretch the legs of classic machinery, this round is set to produce some of the season’s most exciting on-track battles.
Competitors will base themselves in Snetterton’s modern paddock complex, surrounded by some of the finest historic cars in the country. As ever, the Equipe paddock atmosphere will combine friendly rivalry, sportsmanship, and passion for genuine historic racing.
The event will be broadcast live, ensuring fans across the UK and beyond can enjoy the spectacle of classic cars at full speed on one of Britain’s most demanding circuits. As the championship reaches its midway point, the fight for honours is beginning to take shape — and Snetterton is sure to play a pivotal role in the unfolding story of the 2026 Equipe Historic Championship.
